This notice explains how Deep Cleaning by Renata uses the details you give us when you ask for a quote.
Who we are
Deep Cleaning by Renata is run by Renata as a self-employed sole trader. Renata is responsible for your information.

What we collect
- Your name and the phone number and/or email address you give us
- The postcode of the property
- The property type and size, the service you need, your description of the job and any preferred date
- Any photos of the property you choose to attach
If you message us on WhatsApp instead, your messages and photos are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange the clean. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who receives it
We don’t sell your details or share them for marketing. They’re only shared with service providers that help us receive and manage enquiries, such as our email provider.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to provide the clean and keep the records the law requires. Details from enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted once they’re no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
