Hi, I’m Renata, the owner of Deep Cleaning by Renata. I’ve been cleaning homes across London for nearly 15 years. I’ve always worked independently, building my experience and reputation through hard work and recommendations from happy clients, who passed my name on to their friends and families.
Over the years, cleaning has become more than just a job — it’s something I truly enjoy. I put my heart into what I do, and nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients pleased with the results.
When you get in touch, you’re talking to the person who plans your clean, agrees the scope and price with you, and is accountable for the result.

A little more about me
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum and grandma. I’m a warm, friendly and positive person who loves spending time with family, travelling, cycling, walking in nature and discovering new places.
Over the past five years, I’ve become really interested in personal growth and mental wellbeing. One of my dreams is to support women who have lost confidence in themselves or forgotten about their own needs, and help them find their strength and happiness again.
I believe it’s never too late for a fresh start.

What’s included in a clean?
Every clean is quoted individually, according to the size and condition of the property and the work required, and the checklist and price are confirmed before booking. As a guide, a deep clean covers kitchens and bathrooms in detail, reachable surfaces, skirting boards, doors, switches, internal windows and floors. Inside the oven, fridge/freezers, carpets and rubbish removal are extras, quoted separately.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Renata brings her own cleaning products and equipment, including a vacuum cleaner, mop, cloths and other supplies. She uses products made with naturally derived ingredients, chosen with care for homes with people and pets, always used according to their instructions. Please mention any allergies, sensitivities or pets before the clean.
Do you offer regular cleaning?
Yes. Weekly or fortnightly cleaning is available, with a cleaning plan agreed to suit your household.
How long does a clean take?
It depends on the size of the property, its condition and the type of clean, so you’ll get a time estimate with your quote.
Can you guarantee I’ll get my tenancy deposit back?
No cleaner can honestly promise that. Deposit decisions are made by your landlord or letting agent and cover more than cleanliness, such as damage and wear. What we can do is clean to the checklist agreed with you, so share the inventory or check-in report if you have it.
Can I book after-builders cleaning?
Yes. It works best once building work has finished and trades are off site, so dust doesn’t settle again. Tell us what work was done and send a few photos if you can. Paint or adhesive removal is assessed separately, and heavy waste and rubble removal aren’t offered.
Is there anything you don’t do?
Exterior windows, hazardous materials, heavy waste and work at heights aren’t offered.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
You don’t need to stay for the whole clean, as long as access and key handover are arranged in advance.
Which areas do you cover?
Wimbledon and the surrounding areas, including Putney, Richmond and Barnes, and areas close to these. At the moment we don’t travel further afield. Not sure? Send your postcode with your enquiry and we’ll confirm.
How are quotes calculated?
Each quote is based on the property’s size, its condition and the type of clean, plus any extras you ask for. There are no set packages. Photos help: send a few on WhatsApp or with the form and the quote will be more accurate.
How should I prepare the property?
Please make sure there’s safe access to the property, working electricity and hot water, and clear personal belongings from the areas to be cleaned. For end-of-tenancy cleans, an empty property is best.
How far ahead should I book?
Please get in touch as early as possible to check availability.
How do I book and pay?
Send the quote form or a message on WhatsApp. Once you’re happy with the scope and price, we’ll arrange a date. First-time customers pay a 10% deposit when booking, with the rest paid once the job is done; returning customers don’t need to pay a deposit. Payment is by bank transfer or cash.
